The Best Chocolate Cake in the World
To sigh :
– > 250g icing sugar ;
-> 250g of sugar;
-> 40g cocoa powder;

Before you prepare the best chocolate cake in the world , you need to have on hand waxed paper and , if possible , a compass . You also need two large rectangular shapes .

Again , beat the egg whites and then add them to the melted chocolate and mix gently with a spoon . The next step is to pour the whipped cream into the mixture and stir again with the spoon .

Set the discs of meringue with a knife , so that they are symmetrical . Then put one of the discs on the final container , which will serve the dessert , and pour the chocolate mousse .

Put another disc of meringue over the mousse and repeat the process of filling. Place the mousse on the third disc .

Finally, cover the entire surface of the cake and the sides with the remaining cream . It is important to work quickly in the assembly , so that the mousse do not harden and become difficult to handle. Freeze for 30 minutes and serve.
