Grilled spare ribs with marinade of honey and lemon
3-4 tbsp liquid margarine
2 tablespoons honey
For the sauce:
½ green pepper
3 ripe tomatoes
2 tablespoons vinegar
4 tablespoons oil
Season the ribs with salt, pepper and garlic. Mix the butter with the honey and lemon juice and pour over the ribs. Sprinkle with thyme leaves and let marinate at least for 30 minutes.
Place the ribs grilling (fortunately I could use some good coals, but if they are not outdoors can put the ribs in the oven for about placing a tray of water beneath the grill going and basting with the sauce not to dry). The flesh is very juicy just using this sauce. The meat is not left with a sweet taste, but is much more appetizing.
In a bowl put: the chopped onion and cucumber, pepper and tomato into small cubes. Crush of the tomato and mix with the vinegar and oil. Season with salt and pepper and some fresh thyme leaves. Subscribe to the ribs.
Can accompany with white rice or a good salad.
