Tarte Fine Fresh Cheese and Walnuts
To the base
50 g flour + needed for dusting the bench
100 g sugar
80 g of butter
1 egg spoons (soup) of water
For the Filling
350 g of fresh cheese
200 g sugar
150 grams of walnut kernels
4 + 2 egg yolks
2 dl of cream
1 spoon (soup) of flour Cornstarch
1 pinch of cinnamon
I started with the base, pouring the flour into a bowl. I gathered together the sugar and butter, mixing with your fingertips until you get a grainy mixture.
In a bowl, beat egg and water and then joined the flour mixture gradually, kneading well. Let stand for 15 minutes.
Preheating the oven to 180 º.
Stretched dough onto a floured countertop and I lined it with a form of removable bottom.
As for the filling, coarsely Poked walnuts. In a bowl, Cornstarch mixed with the sugar. I gathered the cream cheese, eggs, egg yolks and cream and mixed well.
Poked the bottom of tarteira with a fork and poured her previous mixture. Sprinkled it with cinnamon and nuts and took it to the oven for 40 minutes. The time varies with each oven.
