Thai Jasmine Rice

All Thai recipes are based on a large bowl of steaming Thai rice and fluffy, which should not join jasmine salt. With this vegetarian recipe of Rice Thai Jasmine will experience the exotic flavors of Thailand.

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
METHOD OF PAN uncovered
225g Thai jasmine rice
1 liter of water
METHOD FOR ABSORPTION
225g Thai jasmine rice
450 ml water

PREPARATION
– For the method uncovered saucepan, rinse rice in a sieve under cold running water and leave to drain.
– Bring water to boil. Add the rice, stir once again and let it simmer over medium heat. Bake, uncovered, for 8-10 minutes until cooked.
– Drain well and gently loosen the grains with a fork before serving.
– For the absorption method, rinse the rice under cold running water.
– Put the rice and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir once and cover the pan slightly. Lower the heat to maximum. Cook for 10 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes.
– Loosen the grains gently with a fork and serve immediately rice.
