Vegetable burgers

This vegetarian recipe for burgers vegetables with spices is especially delicious, especially when vegetable burgers are served with fries in the oven and inside a heated bread.

100 g of spinach
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 leek, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
100g mushrooms, chopped
300g firm tofu, chopped
1 tsp chilli powder tea
1 teaspoon curry powder tea
1 tablespoon coriander, chopped
75 g grated bread when
1 tablespoon olive oil

2 large potatoes
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons olive oil

– To make the burgers, bake the spinach in a little boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain well and pat them dry with paper towels.
– Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the leek and garlic for 2-3 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients except the breadcrumbs, and cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Add the spinach and cook 1 minute more.
– Transfer the mixture to a grinder and grind for 30 seconds until almost homogeneous. Transfer to a bowl and add the breadcrumbs, stirring well, then allowing it to cool enough to knead with hands ready. With floured hands, turn the mixture into four patties of equal size. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
– To make the fries, cut the potatoes into thin slices and bake in a pan of boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain them and add the flour and chilli powder. Arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet and sprinkle them with olive oil. Steam pre-heated oven at 200 ° C for 30 minutes until golden brown.
– Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet and fry the patties for 8-10 minutes, turning them once. Serve with salad in a bread and fries.
