2 medium lemons (wash thoroughly)
1 liter of water
1 package of cream (or soy cream)
1/2 cup of sugar or sweetener (sweetener use)
Cut off the ends of the lemons, break them into four and remove the white middle part, leave the peel. Beat with water in a blender for 5 seconds only, sift, re-pour the juice in a blender, add the ice cream and sugar or sweetener and beat some more. Serve immediately.
